With qualifications in Counseling Psychology, Arts-Based Therapy, and holistic healing practices, I founded Lighthouse: Arts and Wellbeing Centre over 20 years ago to help individuals unlock self-discovery. My approach combines science with creativity—using art, storytelling, mindfulness, and natural remedies to support growth.
